One minute I was minding my own business, the next I was googling “why is my dough doing that?” at 11pm and talking to flour like it could hear me. What started as a casual attempt to bake a loaf has turned into a full-blown experiment in patience, confusion, and occasional triumph.

This site is where i sell the product of that chaos.  Some loaves rise beautifully, others… build character. I’m learning as I go, making plenty of mistakes, and somehow still ending up with something edible (most of the time). If you enjoy the smell of fresh bread and the comfort of knowing someone else also has no idea what they’re doing—you’re in the right place.
